These terms apply to taxi rental, transfers and tour services provided by DRD Tour And Travels, Opp. Beltola College, Sukuri Rabha Path, Bongaon, Guwahati, Assam 781028. By booking with us you agree to them.

Bookings and quotes

• Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp or through the website enquiry form. A booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you.
• We quote the fare before the trip starts. The quote depends on the route, vehicle, number of days and trip type (one-way or round trip).
• Please give accurate pickup, destination, date, timing and passenger details so we can assign the right vehicle.

Payments

We accept cash, UPI and credit card. Payment terms, including any advance, are agreed when the booking is confirmed.

Changes and cancellations

We understand plans change and will try to accommodate changes where possible. Cancellation, change and refund terms for a booking are confirmed to you at the time of booking.

Vehicles and drivers

• The vehicle is chosen to match your group size and route. Seating capacity must not be exceeded.
• Photos on the website are representative; the exact vehicle may vary within the same category.
• Our drivers are responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and may decline unsafe requests.

Tour packages

Itineraries, inclusions and prices are confirmed when you book. Entry, safari and permit fees may be payable separately unless stated. Travel to restricted areas, such as Arunachal Pradesh, requires valid permits, and travellers must carry valid photo identification.

Delays and conditions beyond our control

Road, weather, landslide, political or other events outside our control can affect schedules in the hills and across the Northeast. We will work with you on alternatives where possible, but cannot be responsible for such delays.

Passenger conduct and belongings

Passengers are asked to treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Please do not leave valuables in the vehicle; contact us promptly about any lost item and we will help where we can.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service booked. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
